Spotting

I have a question not sure if anyone would know the answer but I thought I'll ask.

We trying for baby 4, my 3 kids is from my ex husband. I had spotting with my last 2 pregnancies so I basically knew I was pregnant before taking the test. I'm currently in my waiting window (5DPO) and was wondering as I had spotting before is it likely I will have spotting again or is it possible I might not spot this time around. The waiting is stressing me out.
