Helping baby sleep with stuffy nose

My 1 year old got her first stuffy nose today 😭

It was running like crazy earlier and I’m a bit torn on whether or not it’s allergies or a cold.

She has clear mucus and is sneezing a lot, but still has a great appetite.

Only issue is she’s struggling to sleep with her stuffy nose. She’s snoring and she’ll sleep for a bit and then wake up because of her nose. She usually sleeps on her side or stomach. Tried getting her to sleep on a pillow to help elevate her and help her breathe better but she rolls around a lot.

Any suggestions? I did suck her snot out earlier but I don’t want to keep waking her to do it while she sleeps.
