15 m.o. got glasses, need tips please

We took our 15 month old to get her tear ducts opened up a few weeks ago, in that process they dialiated her pupils and did a full exam. We were told that she has a very high prescription. Took her to another eye doc to do an exam as well, just to be sure and he came up with the same exact prescription, so we ordered her glasses. Just tried to put them on her for the first time & she looked around. You could tell she saw the difference immediately, took them off ran away & now screams if we get anywhere near her with them. Anyone have any tips on how to get her not so afraid/used to them!?
