Hair color helppppp please bleach

So after $300 I still didn’t get what I wanted.. is there any technique you would recommend? I know how to foil and am very educated with the bleaching/coloring process it’s just been a few years. The only reason I went to a salon is to do something for myself and the fact that I’m 29 and never had my hair colored by someone.. I know my hair is dark and takes many of processes but at this rate I rather fix it in my own. Please no judgement I just need Technique recommendations.
