Implantation bleeding?

Sooo sort of rare and or weird thing happening. I recieved the solid smiley a day after my period ended. After a week of a solid smiley and opk not lightening up, I began to have very very light brownish discharge (pictured below). Well I decided to take home pregnancy test thinking nothing would come of it being I’m still 2 whole weeks from my period, and it came back positive. I’m not having cramping just pressure, any insight on this. I plan on calling my doctor, but of course it’s Easter Sunday so I have to wait until Monday! Thanks in advance! Also added the test to show its blazing positive!
