Help what could it be a rash or what?

It all started at one day being itchy and then i started getting g bumps and itchiness then it stopped but the bumps stayed when I shower I would scrub alot and with the towel too to try to get rid of it I don't know what I was doing. Well it kind of looks like whit head , bumps , I don't like it I used to not have it I don't know why I have it maybe because I sweat I'm not sure.
