Solid blood clot? (tmi pics attached)

I was wiping and changing my tampon the yesterday and felt something hard and saw this. This has never happened ever so any insight to what this could be would be greatly appreciated. This current cycle has lasted a lot longer for me than usual, on day 15 (not spotting, full have to use at least 3 tampons a day period) when I usually only have 5 days. I am a virgin and haven’t had pain or discomfort above my usual cramping. Please help! (Have an appointment scheduled but they can’t see me until next week!)
