You need to speak with your doctor about your extreme anxiety! Your behavior on this app is not healthy! 
Yes. HPV can cause cervical cancer if left untreated. Most people clear the virus very easily. It also doesn’t turn to cervical cancer overnight. 
You had hpv. You had the warts removed and took the vaccine. Sounds like you treated it in a timely manner that your risk for cervical cancer is very low. 
Discharge alone is NOT a sign of cervical cancer. Discharge changes frequently. 
This discharge looks like a yeast infection or BV. They have different treatments and some times they need multiple treatments to be cleared.
You had your pap done 2-3 weeks ago. That’s good news! No news that long means everything was normal and you’ll get the results in the mail. If they were abnormal, they would’ve called within days to come in and discuss the results. No news is good news in the medical industry. So chill. Please.
Going forward….get your Pap smear EVERY year. You should’ve started them when you became sexually active. 
Use condoms from start to finish. 
Get on birth control. If your anxiety is this bad over discharge, you don’t need a pregnancy scare. 
Please get help for your anxiety. You are letting it run your life and you are driving yourself mad. From all your posts and comments, I’m more concerned with with your mental health than this discharge.

Okay, tough love time. I’ve already commented, but your comments are too much. You need to ask your doctor. You need to find a therapist. I’m reading comments and you NEED to stop asking people about their personal health information. It’s inappropriate and has nothing to do with your own. Asking repeatedly on here is just a way to feed your anxiety and desire for attention. You need professional help. Not random health info and attention from strangers. 
You’ve had the pap done. Now do what everyone else does and wait for results. In the meantime something productive you can do besides freak out and badger people for their test results that have no bearing on your own is find a local therapist or even set up a telehealth appointment with one online to get your anxiety under control.

Normal cervical fluid (aka cervical mucus, discharge, or cm) looks a bunch of different ways. It doesn’t mean cancer. It means your body is working like it should.
These are all examples of normal cervical fluid throughout your cycle. The wetter it is, the closer to ovulation you are. The dryer it is, the less fertile you are.
