Dull ache in centre of pelvis leading to BFP?
The past 2 cycles I’ve had a dull ache right in the centre of my pelvis, last month it was about 11DPO and I got a very faint line a day later and then my period (a chemical I think) this time it’s about 6/7DPO and I’ve got the same feeling, usually don’t get cramps till period comes.. anyone else had this and it led to a BFP?
