Is this normal?

I am 5 weeks. I had an ultrasound yesterday and noticed these black spots (pointed to them with the blue arrows.) My baby is in the pink circle. I see my doctor tomorrow to run some blood tests. I’ve been worried because this is my second pregnancy and I’ve been having burning sensations throughout my lower abdomen between by hipbones. I didn’t have anything like that with my first.
