frequent but small amount night feeding
My 6-week old son gets pumped breast milk. He had been taking 3-4 oz every 3 hrs day and night. Recently his pattern has changed where he would only take 2 oz at night, but still every 2-3 hours. And more during the day. Is this normal? Would it be possible to help him shift to more amount but fewer feeding sessions at night ? We always warm up 4 oz bottle of breast milk and feel bad about throwing away half😢
