Doctors advise!?

Question

What is Pulmonary Bifurcation Left EIF…
I went in for a anatomy scan ultrasound 
At 22 weeks … and after they revised everything the doctor came in and said everything looked normal except for the babys stomach looking bigger than expected and want me back in a month to see if i will have any complications because the baby might weigh 8 pounds or more.. thats what i was told… still unclear .. 
Then i revised my appointment test results and at the bottom they commented: Pulmonary Bifurcation seen Left EIF noted … 
Should I ask about that or should I be worried because I am.. 😕

An EIF is an Echogenic intracardiac focus and the other words are describing where in the heart it was found. It can be a completely normal finding but it can also be a soft marker for Down syndrome. If they didn’t find any other abnormalities or if you had genetic testing that showed low chance then they prob didn’t feel the need to look into it further.

The pulmonary artery bifurcates into L and R above the aorta normally so they may have just noted that the normal anatomy was seen.  If they didn’t mention it but did mention something else, I’d say it’s just normal anatomy.
