Would you run? what would you think?

So I hung out with my friend that’s a guy, he is helping me with my grad school apps since he’s been through the process. My boyfriend has not. I told him what I was doing before hand, later in the day I get this just because my friend is a male. He does this with girls too (blurred as tmi because he does swear).

Response: to the person that said I can’t compete the apps on my own, I can, I just wanted some things double checked by someone who has been through the same process to make sure my verbiage is correct and it looks up to par. Also, my bf NEVER told me I could not hang out with this person nor that he was uncomfortable with it. My friend and I studied a lot together in the fall, and he didn’t mind. This is a new thing and he has been freaking about me cheating lately so I’m assuming that’s what he may be doing since I haven’t been, I just haven’t bothered to ask or really catch him. He’s cheated before

Yea I know it’s time to run, idk why I can’t let go. I guess I’m afraid to move on because this is what I’m used to if I’m being honest with myself

Update: my other friend was visiting from Canada who I haven’t seen in 2 years, I invited my boyfriend to COME WITH and he basically did the EXACT same thing, lied and said he had plans, and proceeded to freak out saying I shouldn’t be spending time with others because I need to spend more time with him AFTER I EXPLICITLY invited him to come with and meet my friend 😐 my friend and I ended up not even seeing each other because of his meltdown
