Pregnant and scared. T.W. miscarriage

I just found out I am pregnant today, my period is 4 days late and I took 2 tests that instantly turned positive. I've been having mild cramps the past few days. Not painful, but noticeable. But my last pregnancy ended in a scary miscarriage, I was about 12 weeks along and it was really traumatic, I lost ALOT of blood and I was alone the whole time. I'm just so scared it's going to happen again I'm not even excited. I'm just nervous. I've had 2 losses so far so it's hard for me to be happy about it. Any advice on how to stay calm and hope for the best? Tia.
