Relative is pregnant, I’m infertile

I have just found out that a close relative of mine is pregnant. And I’m so so happy for her, but I can also feel my heart breaking, I’m heavily overweight due to PCOS and I have next to no periods.

I have been TTC for years and in less than a year, she has become pregnant by accident. I can’t help but feel like a complete failure for not being able to do the one thing that a woman should be able to do, I know all women are different and I shouldn’t base my own experiences on anyone else’s but it’s killing me.
