When after temp rise do you ovulate?

When using bbt, do you ovulate the day of a temp rise or the last day it was low? I’m assuming I missed the chance to get pregnant this month assuming my temps stay high the next 2 days…?

After ovulation, progesterone rises causing temps to rise. With BBT you can confirm ovulation occur but only after the fact, you need 3 days of temp rises to confirm ovulation occurred.

Bbt doesn’t tell u in advance when ur going to ovulate. It confirms it after it’s already happened. Ur best to use opks to get the heads up before and know when to bd and keep tracking bbt just to confirm that u did actually ovulate
