PCP or OBGYN? 12 days PP

Hi! I’m 12 days PP and I’m experiencing random bouts of dizziness. Almost feels like vertigo, because it only happened when I get up too fast or move my head a certain way. 
My question feels silly, but do I contact my PCP for this or my OBGYN?

You can call either. Both can help. 
Obgyns are have the same training as a pcp they just specialize in vaginas (gyn) and/or pregnancy (ob).
Like the others have said, this doesn’t sound too concerning. Your body just went through something equivalent to a major car accident. Make sure you are resting and well hydrated.
With that said, it never hurts to call.

I would call you OBGYN and just let them know about it. If they think it is important they will let you know how to proceed.

You can contact your OB still since it’s pregnancy related. But I got dizzy for a while especially when BF! I didn’t walk around carrying my baby much until it passed. Lots of sitting and stnuggling

Sounds normal pp, are you a bit anemic also? Blood loss after birth?

I personally would call neither yet. Your spine is realigning from the baby being out which can cause this if youre getting up fast or in a weird way. If you have other symptoms like breathing issues, heart palpitations etc then thats a different story, I would call PCP
