Hi everyone.  I am 5 months pp and I pump while at work 3 times. Once home, I breastfeed at least once and pump before bed. 
I want to try to increase milk, so If I add another pump session at work will that help?

Yes that should help. Supply and demand. The more you express from breasts the more you will make.

You can add a pump session or pump for 5 minutes longer at each session. That can help a lot!

Have you tried power pumping? I did it twice a day with my kids when my supply was getting low. I did it after the morning feed and after the nighttime feeding. Even if i didnt get much or anything at all it was telling my body to make more milk.
