All in my head

So my husband and I have been ttc since February when i had a positive pregnancy test and period was two weeks late but then a week later i started to bleed. Well today my boobs felt heavy and I thought nothing of it cuz my period is due in 6 days. We'll in the shower i started to massage them and white liquid like milk came out. This happened my last pregnancy before i found out i was pregnant and i took a test and it was positive. Not trying to get my hopes up but can this happen and I not be pregnant? Also now I'm getting little stomach cramps. Idk 🤷🏽‍♀️ lol what do yall think
