Early Pregnancy Signs or PMS

I've been having some very weird signs/symptoms that normally I would assume to be pms symptoms but they are over a week early.

I ovulated on or around April 17th. At 6 dpo my boobs started to hurt, BAD. They got even worse by 7/8 dpo as well as this weird pulling sensation around my right ovary. The pulling continued for most of day 8 then towards the end of the night moved from my right ovary to my whole lower abdomen in general before suddenly stopping. 9 dpo weird cramps gone but boobs still hurt like crazy.

I also checked my cm 8 dpo and instead of being the normal creamy/lotion-like thick cm it would be before my period it was slightly creamy but slippery/wet and off white/blood tinged. Normally the day before my period actually starts I notice my cm gets this same color but it is never wet/slippery I am also almost still a week out from my period starting.

I feel like it is WAY too early for pregnancy symptoms, especially since the boob pains started at 6 dpo. But it's also really early for me to have pms symptoms, again over a week.

I am trying to hold of testing because I know it's best to wait until a missed period but I'm finding it very very difficult. Has any gotten a bfp at 10 dpo? Cause I think that's going to be as long as I can wait.

Also did anyone experience symptoms like this/this early and end up being pregnant?
