As a first time mom, I need HELP! 😂 I already made one but don’t know what to add on it and I need to finish it by next week. I had added a few things but I feel like I could buy that myself so I took it off.

Baby feeding utensils such as spoons,suction plates,silicone bibs,zippy cup,feeder,etc)

Depending on the baby registry, it may be worth adding things even if you could buy them yourself because some offer a discount for anything left on the registry towards the end of your pregnancy. Also it’s good to have a range of prices so people have options.
As for actual items I’d suggest:
- Swaddle wraps that have the Velcro so you don’t have to wrap those blanket swaddles while half asleep lol
- bottles if there’s any possibility you might want to use them
- zipper footie pjs (a range of sizes)
- diaper bag(s)
- high chair
- infant car seat/stroller combo
- car seat for when they outgrow the infant one (I like the ones that you can have grow with the kid up until the booster seat stage)
-bouncer
-swing
-bassinet 
- baby carrier to wear the baby
- crib/mattress 
-sheets
-play mat
Brands honestly come down to price range, but I’d say those are the main things to add
