Could this be twins ?

I'm 34 10th pregnancy but 7th take home baby .. I can't help but think the second thing in the sac looks too big to be a yolk sac ? It was done exactly 8 weeks abdominally.  I've been having weird twins dreams and vibes from the beginning and sooooo sick and symptoms 10x worse then any other pregnancy .

We found out about my twins at 7 weeks exactly abdominally. If your dr moved the scanner around to check it all out it’s probably not twins. With my singleton the first few scans I thought it was twins cause her yolk sac looked so large. The dr would have mentioned it. I’ll add a pic of my twins at 7 weeks exactly

This is what my scan at 7w4d looked like. (Mine are identical). Did they check for heartbeats? Your scan is kind of hard to see but I guess anything is possible :p
