Doctor prescribed 200mg nightly and not 2x per day

I don’t have another appointment with my doctor until my 2ww is over and I’ve read most women who take progesterone suppositories take it 2x per day. I have precious m/c and really don’t want to mess this up by not getting enough progesterone or in a timely manner.

Do you think I should take one in the morning and one in the evening? Or cut it in half and take 100mg 2x per day? I do have low progesterone and I’ve read others taking doses higher than this and almost always 2x per day. Thoughts?
