Need some help thank you.

Long story short this is my fourth pregnancy, i’ve had difficult pregnancies in the past we lost our first baby at 21 weeks. I had a cerclage done with my second child and that pregnancy went fairly perfect, my third child was a premature baby at 30 weeks had no complications just towards the end I got developed help syndrome and had to deliver him early. I’m worried with this pregnancy only because I got a very big positive and if I went off the last day of my period I should have seven weeks two days but I had an ultrasound today and the tech said it looks like I’m only 2 or 3 weeks, she only said this because she said her machine reads at least six weeks measurements and it wasn’t even reading the sac. Has this happen to anybody? I get my hCG levels back hopefully tomorrow or the next day. I will attach a photo. The test were taken 4/24/22 and that is the day I found out. Also I’ve never gotten this huge of a positive with my three other kids and I found out I was pregnant with them at about 3-4 weeks along and always got a positive but a lot lighter lines, so I’m very confused what’s going on. UPDATE*** hCG levels came back 1038.0
