How long after pregnancy miscarriage do hormones stay

So I was pregnant October and miscarried on mid November and since I was bleeding so much my dr did a d&c ever since then my periods been weird which is usual for me Bc I have always had irregular periods to begin with I got my period late December 28 and didn’t get one in January got one on February 7 and got my period early in March and now I still haven’t got my period for April I have no pregnancy symptoms but I still haven’t got it I wonder if my hormones are out of whack because of my irregular periods / & miscarriage I’m wondering if anyone has experience weird periods after a miscarriage or a d&c
