Some random person recorded me yesterday

So yesterday I went with my best friend to target, just to get the normal few things, deodorant, underwear, socks, just those three things.

Well I wasn’t all dressed up yesterday like I usually was bc it was a chill day, I paid for my stuff and we began to walk out to her car. While we were in the parking lot I looked over at this one car and saw a blonde girl holding her phone up in our direction, I had a bad feeling once I saw her do this.

I tried to brush it off and think “maybe she’s just taking an up close picture of herself”

But as we walked I glanced over again and saw her moving the phone to follow my direction. So then I knew she was recording.

I have absolutely no idea who this girl is, I’ve never seen her in my life. I’m always iffy about going to target now and I don’t go alone bc there was an incident with my bfs toxic ex.

She texted me one night and told me her bf saw me there, I didn’t feel in danger but now when I go I always feel watched. My best friend didn’t even notice, I told her about the girl recording once we were in the car to avoid causing a scene.

There are 4 people in my life who I don’t speak to anymore, two are toxic friends I don’t speak with anymore, and the other two are my bfs ex’s who keep trying to contact me and mess up our relationship.

It does make me kind of paranoid bc ik the kind of people they are and I feel like it was one of their friends. I could just be wrong and it could’ve been a random girl recording me, but I know for a fact she was recording.

I told my bf about it and he told me it pissed him off that that happened, and that it was rude of her to record me w/ out consent.

It’s been on my mind lately bc I know these girls try to keep tabs on me, that’s why I think it was someone that one of them knew.

Idk the whole situation is weird, what do you think? And should I have approached her?
