Would you go into L&D or wait until 2 days for your appointment ?

I went to L&D a little over a week ago with back pain, abdominal pain and what I thought were Braxton hicks contractions… and they said it was threatened preterm labor I was admitted for a few days got my steroid shots and some meds and the contractions stop so I was sent home… throughout the past week I’ve had only a couple Braxton hicks a day like no more than 5 per day!

This morning I woke up under my stomach was hurting I assumed it was just round ligament pain… within the last half hour that low dull back pain came back and I’ve have had 6 contractions (without pain) just the tightening and uncomfortableness and a bit more back pain with each contraction they’re coming 4-5mins apart and lasting about 30sec each, should I go in or maybe just monitor them for a few hours, I’m 31+1 btw.
