Indigestion 😭
6 weeks and the indigestion is getting the best of me 🤦🏻♀️ I’ve tried smelling fresh ginger root, adding lemon to my water and even gas x (on my approved meds from ob) but nothing is working. I’m fine when I lay down. As soon as I get up I feel like someone is pumping me full of helium and can’t stop burping. Any tricks? I’ve avoided foods that can trigger and don’t use a straw.
