First beach trip with toddler

Hi all! Im looking for tips/hacks and product recommendations: I’m traveling to the beach for the first time since becoming a mom. I’ll have my 17 month old with me. What can you recommend to make my life easier on the road and in the sun/water with a little one? All suggestions appreciated!

I have a few recommendations: a sun shade for the car window, a beach tent for lots of shade at the beach, lots of good sunscreen for toddlers sensitive skin, a folding wagon, a toddler vest floaty, if baby will sleep in a pack n play and prefers a dark room get a slumber pod (or similar product) to give them a dark space, and a white noise machine to drown out the grown ups after bedtime. I tried to make sleep spaces as similar as possible to how my daughter sleeps at home and it worked maybe 75% of the time.
