Moving on

How do you get over someone you were in love with ? Me and my kids dad aren’t good for each other we have 4 kids. 2 on earth and 2 in currently carrying. It’s always bs when I’m pregnant and I’m exhausted and tired of the embarrassment. I broke it off yesterday but he’s all over my mind and I hate it I still wanna know what he’s doing and I’m really trying to get over the dude. I was thinking maybe get off social media for a while but idk
