All spiritual and witches please help!!

So a few months ago I bought an evil eye key chain to keep in my car well after 2months I lost it no clue were it went I checked my entire car couldn’t find it thought that I kicked it out without noticing and that it served it’s purpose well…fast forward 4months later after being lost my bf finds it vacuuming my car where it was slightly sucked into the vacuum and he hands it back to me I got excited because I loved it but now really wondering what this means for the both of us
