If you wake up and your partner is still sleeping, are you considerate of how loud you are? My partner wakes me up every time he wakes up, Stomps around. Talks on the phone while laying in bed (usually how I initially wake up). Idk I'm always Tip toeing around the house when he's sleeping. It's been a long time since we slept in a dark and quiet room.
