Travel system vs stroller that converts into bassinet for carrying 0-3 months?

Hi, pregnant with my first here. Trying to navigate the stroller world.
Can i get some mom’s opinions on what’s better for strolling a 0-3 month baby: travel system (stroller+car seat shell) vs a stroller that converts into bassinet?

Absolutely get a stroller with a bassinet, better for baby's back. More comfortable if it's warm for baby. 
With a car seat baby should never be in there more than 1,5 hours in one go before a good break, and shouldn't be used for sleeping (except if baby falls asleep while driving) .
We had a uppababy vista, lasted for both kids. So was in daily use for over 4 years. Even sold it for 2/3 of the price we originally paid 🤫

I have. Stroller that converts to a bassinet. It’s by graco, it’s supposed to be able to stay with the child till 3ish I believe.. I love it haven’t had any big inconveniences only down fall is it takes up a ton of space in my car. I also have the Doona for her car seat so I never considered the car seat stroller combo.
