Baby with a possible disability..

So I received these results today. I know it’s not a for sure thing and that I would have to do the ammnio testing to be for sure. But has anyone had something like this happen and baby turned out fine?

I love my child regardless but I am terrified since I do have two other kiddos under 5 and their father pretty much walked out of their lives. I don’t have any support and I don’t really know much about taking care of a child with DS 😭. Any advice ?
