Need advice

Hello, I need some help so I had my daughter last February (2021) and I bled for a month and half which I guess is normal. I haven’t had a period since then so each month I would take a pregnancy test just to make sure that I wasn’t then this January I took a test and at first I just assumed it was negative then I came back like maybe 7 to 10 mins later and it had a faint line which I thought it was a Evap line but I went ahead and took another test and it came back with a faint line also. I took several test from clear blue to first response and the dollar test and all of them had a faint line. Then I took a digital test an it came back not pregnant but I was having a lot of symptoms like nausea, food craving, sharp pains in lower abnormal, etc…. I got a blood test done to make sure and it came back negative too so I’m not sure if maybe I had a early chemical pregnancy or not but then a few days later I started my period. It wasn’t like my normal period by my mother in law says my body changed after each pregnancy so I took it as it’s normal. After I had my period in January I didn’t have one in February but I had one in March and now I was suppose to start on April 9th and I have not had a period since march 9th. I took some of the mommed test and i swear it has a faint line on it. So please if anyone can help me I will greatly appreciate it. I also got all the pictures of the test that I took if anyone wants to look at those. Thank you.
