Ay how many week your obgyn doctor start to check your cervix when pregnant ??

My OB never checked my cervix my whole pregnancy. I only got check when I was in actual labour to see how many CM I was dilated at

Never. Not till I went to the hospital in labor.

Never. It's unnecessary until you're in labour or have complications. 
Cervical checks near/at term give zero indication of impending labour.

1st week of pregnancy 🤣 No ma'am. They don't usually start checking til at least 36 weeks & even then it's unnecessary.

Mine doesn't check before 40 weeks

With my first I was never checked until right before my induction at 40 weeks. My second it started being offered around 38 weeks but I declined all that and only consented to a check to be admitted into L&D. Cervical checks are unnecessary and just open you up to infection, I've been GBS positive too both pregnancies so that's an extra reason I want to be cautious about infection risk.

My ob with my son never checked it. My ob this this time waited until 38 weeks to check for the first time. Doesn’t mean much of anything for them to check though.

Only time mine was checked was when I went in for blood pressure concerns and the monitors showed I was having contractions.
