Is this normal ?

Hello, I am currently 6 months pregnant. A month ago my OB/GYN diagnosed me with a Yeast Infection and UTI. I was prescribed Terconazole 0.4% Vaginal Crm 45gm (Vaginal Insertion) I used it until I completed the tube , Cefuroxime 250mg Tablets(Took twice a day for 10 days), and Cephalexin 250mg Capsules(Currently taking until I give birth) . My discharge level has improved a lot since then. Last night was the first time my boyfriend and I had sex since being on those medications. I was trying to wait until my next appointment to see if everything was cleared but got caught in the moment … Today I go to check and notice this type of discharge , is this normal ? I don’t go back to the OB/GYN until next friday and i’m concerned I may have either a yeast infection or UTI.
