Should i worry? I need reassurance

So i am very disciplined in taking my birth control (yasmin,combined pill,21 day,7 break).However, i had surgery and i was put under local anesthesia.I called my gyno a day before the surgery and he said that there is no problem and that it will not affect the pill.After the surgery i took paracetamol, Nimesulide(pain reliever) and Dexketoprofen again pain reliever.I’ve read my pamphlet about the drugs that influence on the pill and these are not there.And also i had my surgery on 29th of April and today is the second day of my break and my bleeding hasn’t started and i am panicking.He cummed in me a couple of times.I haven’t missed a pill, I even take videos of me taking the pill (i know it sound strange) but i use it as reassurance.So i know that i’ve taken my pill every single day around 9:00-9:05 never later.I should be fine right?Today is the second day of my ,,break” and my period still hasn’t come and i am thinking of taking a test.
