Cant wait

Its my CD 23 today. Trying for baby#2. I have sore nipples since i ovulated. i tracked my ovulation through CM. we had sex on all 5-6 days during ovulation.

I took a test today out of curiosity and it was negative. i had no implantation bleeding nor did i feel any cramps except for some fluttering in my lower abdomen and left side dull pain on and off which lasted for few seconds and reoccurred sometimes.

My CM has increased today and its creamy but not too thick or gluey. My periods are 7 days away. Any chances ladies i could be pregnant???

This wait is killing me.
