Clomid and Fertilaid for low count?

My husband is on Fertilaid and CountBoost, and he’s about to start clomid. His count is 13 with 7 alive and 6 dead 🙃💀 The doctor has started with prescribing clomid, and we’ve started him on the other supplements ourselves. 
His count in August was 300,000, so it was already so incredibly low and has gone down even more 😭

Did your doctor know you added fertilaid too? Is he working with a urologist? Has ivf icsi been brought up?

My husband did 2 rounds of clomid. The first round increased him count from 0.003% to 1-2 million. He did take fertileaid but not for that long (crybaby said its too many pills😑). He was taking a bunch of vitamins but within the past few weeks he hasnt.
