Is this abuse?

So before I left the house to go get our food I asked partner if he could go get the drinks while I’m outing waiting on the food he said yea (which surprised me cos usually he would say no you get it as you are out already) anyhow I had asked what food he wanted (chicken and chips).

I get home and ask did you get the drinks, he looks confused and asks what drinks. So I made a comment that he never listen to me. He went on the say why would I go get the drinks if your out!

He then looks through the food and says, where’s my coleslaw I said you didn’t ask for any.

He slams his food down saying well I can’t eat that, shows you don’t listen to me, you’re spiteful and nasty minded you do this shit to me all the time out of spite and I’m sick of it I’m so sick of it etc etc then slam the door so hard the walls shook.

My teenage daughter looked scared and disappeared with her dinner upstairs.

I said to him, are you actually serious right now and he screamed yes I am you are so spiteful and I’m sick of it!!

Wtf.

Edit: yes we live together. I only asked he get the drinks as I had a time slot to collect the food and wouldn’t have enough time to get them before and didn’t want to get them after as the food would get cold.

No he does not work at the moment and spends every waking hour on his computer or smoking.
