Breastfeeding help and facts!

I’m pregnant with number 3! With my first i breastfed her for 3 months but boob only, baby number two I formula fed from the day she was born. With this being my last baby I want to exclusively breast feed and pump as long as I can. I just want to know all the tips and tricks but also how long milk last in the freezer in the fridge, after it’s unfrozen. Just everything I need to know about pumping and breast feeding. And also the best product and pumps! I bought a journal and will be writing everything down so I have it when I need it. Thank you guys so much in advance
