Birthday weekend starting shitty

My birthday is Monday but we’re celebrating this weekend. My SIL wanted to go to the beach tomorrow and then we planned Sunday to spend with my family before my niece and nephews go back with their mom. My SIL called to confirm if we were still going tomorrow and suggested a beach. When I spoke to my partner about it, he said no bc he doesn’t wanna drive 2hrs for a beach. We don’t live anywhere near beaches so the closest ones are 2hrs away. I told him this and he didn’t respond. Told my SIL we won’t be going (I can’t drive 2hrs alone with my daughter as she hates car rides and my SIL has 2 kids in car seats so we wouldn’t fit in her car). I messaged my mom and let her know we’ll just do a dinner tomorrow and when I asked my partner his opinion on where we should eat he gave me a response in an irritated tone and said “I don’t care you choose.” I don’t even feel like doing anything anymore.

Picked my favorite restaurant for dinner and he said no that we should go to a different restaurant since they don’t do reservations 🙃 I know I shouldn’t complain since he pays for everything but still, I just wanted a good, fun birthday. Now I’m in a shit mood
