I’m so over it being this way

So my husband and I are in the kitchen together eating a snack and we were talking about how it was bad for me to use ranch with carrots bc it’s bad for the heart(I have no heart issues). He just started this kick of trying to eat healthy and stuff and I was like okay okay I get but don’t make me feel bad for eating ranch. Anyways he ended up calling me dense and was just kinda rude about stuff. So I just went to my room bc I’m over him always calling me names. Well now he is mad at me and is in the living room. Idk what I did for him to be mad at me when he is the one calling me names. This is literally so stupid it’s over food. Plus when I went in the living room to see why he was mad at me he literally ignored me for like 2 minutes and then mocked me when I said something. So I just walked out again bc we aren’t 12 there’s no need to mock me while I’m just trying to understand and communicate about our feelings. It’s so petty and I’m over it.
