HELP- embarrassed/anxious

I noticed my right labia majora felt a little sore earlier this week and then felt a little bump. Its kinda itchy and painful to the touch. It has raised a little bit more and this morning I noticed it oozing with maybe puss and some blood. Is this like a boil or something? I’m worried because over two weeks ago something happened to me that was very not consensual so I know I should get checked out anyway but I feel embarrassed. Is this something that sounds like an STD?
