Really trying to stay positive and it's so hard

Hi guys so I got my positive test 5 days ago made a doc appointment all seemed to be going ok had symptoms etc. I'm 5 weeks today and I was actually on my way out the door I said you know let me pee because it was gonna be a long drive when I wiped there was some blood not a lot so of course my heart drops, I look in bowl and there was some also. I went to the emergency room did all tests blood work, urine test sono. They can't confirm or rule anything out at the moment bc my hcg is 1000 which is in range but teucncially that's too early to see things on ultrasound. So they don't know if it's an early loss or just part of the early prehanncy bleeding. I have been crying all day besides myself the doctor told me to do follow up in two days to no lose hope but to not get my hopes up either. Ughhhh posted pics for reference im so upset
