Early miscarriage

Last weekend I had some spotting, which was followed by some pretty intense bleeding and pain last Tuesday. I took a pregnancy test that came back positive, and having spoken to the doctor it was almost certainly an early miscarriage (tests are coming back negative now)

I didn’t know I was pregnant, which I thought was helping at first, at least with the emotional side of things, but I have been really emotional today, first time I’ve cried since it happened. Physical symptoms are easing off, but it sounds like I’ve got a bit of a road emotionally!
