Curious..

Hey y’all, my last period ended April 20th. A week after (~27th) a brownish/reddish discharge began. The discharge was consistent enough where a pad or liner was needed. It’s been about 2 weeks and there has been bright red blood occasionally present. My fiancé and I do have unprotected sex and obviously we know what comes with that. I took a pregnancy test just to be sure, and do y’all see a faint line? Or am i just crazy? Because I have been having this weird, reddish discharge for quite some time, could it be residual from a miscarriage? I will be going to the dr asap, just curious if anyone had any opinions on the situation.
