Someone please help

Hi, I'm a first time mom. I have a 14 day old, he's he's up since 5 am it's 1:33 pm he does not sleep he cries and cries, I carro him I try to rock him I lay him on me and no he just wants to eat eat eat. He pues his fingers in his mouth starts moving around looking for food I feed him and then I move around with him because I feel like I'm feeding him to much but he doesn't calm down till he eats. I checked if he has fever and no I have him gas release drops earlier he burps after every feed and does pee pee like usual. His belly button cord fell of today could it be that. It's been hot I have the AC on as well idk what's wrong with him someone please help :( I got him to sleep and he's crying again :(
