Advice for baby in such hot weather

FTM, baby girl just turned 4 months & it’s already getting to the mid 90’s F where I live. For the next couple months it’ll be between 90-120 degrees F.

Took her on a walk yesterday in a short sleeve onesie & had her in the shade. She lasted like 10min before crying & being too hot.

For those with experience, I’m wondering how you handle having a little one with such high temperatures? I don’t want to be stuck indoors all summer & definitely don’t want her to overheat and end up dehydrated or with heat stroke.
